These terms govern your use of the Veyra website and product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes are prorated, and annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the current term. Current prices are listed on our pricing page.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

You own the data you bring into Veyra. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time, and our privacy policy explains how we protect it.

Insights, forecasts and drafted commentary are generated automatically to support your decisions. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing them before you rely on them.

Veyra connects to banks, accounting systems and other tools you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will let account owners know before it takes effect.
